Destination: USA only.
Processing: within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery estimate: 2–7 days after dispatch, depending on your destination; not guaranteed.
Cost: calculated at checkout by shipping method and destination.

1. Preparing your order

We process orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Daily cutoff: 11 a.m. Eastern Time. Orders placed before the cutoff may ship the same business day.
After 11 a.m.: orders ship the next business day, although same-day dispatch may still be possible.
Weekends and holidays: orders are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch is when your order leaves us. Carrier delivery time begins after dispatch.

2. Carriers and delivery

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. In some cases, we use UPS Ground. Orders ship from Florida. Estimated arrival is 2–7 days after dispatch, depending on your destination. This timeframe cannot be guaranteed, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once the parcel has been accepted by the carrier, the delivery time is beyond our control.

3. Rates and tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
Tracking information is provided for most orders shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, at our discretion, so you can monitor your delivery.
