Purchases, subscriptions & cancellations

Choose a one-time purchase or an available Subscribe & Save option on eligible Alozera products. Your selected option, price and delivery frequency are shown before you complete checkout.

Cancel an unfulfilled order

You may request cancellation until the item is fulfilled. Open the order in your Alozera account and use the cancellation request option, or contact Alozera promptly with your order number.

Requests are reviewed by our team. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel an order or issue a refund. Once an item is fulfilled, please follow our return process.

Subscribe & Save options

Every 1 month: 10% off the eligible product.
Every 2 months: 5% off the eligible product.

The savings depend on the frequency selected. Review the subscription price, shipping charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout. A one-time purchase does not create recurring deliveries.

Recurring billing

When you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the agreed frequency until the subscription is canceled. There is no preset end after a fixed number of orders for these plans. Your order confirmation and subscription account show your subscription details.

Manage future deliveries

Manage your subscription in your Alozera account, using the email address associated with your purchase. Review the next scheduled order and the management options available. Make changes or cancel future renewals before the next order is processed. If you need assistance, contact our team.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order already created or refund an earlier purchase. An unfulfilled order can be submitted for cancellation review separately.

Returns and refunds

Eligible unopened, unused skincare, including sale items, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns include free return shipping and no restocking fee. Request approval before sending an item back. A return does not automatically cancel future subscription deliveries.
